CASHEW BERRY BITES
A quick, healthy & delicious little treat
The acai berry is described as having a fruity red wine flavour with chocolate overtones and has an extremely unique nutritional profile for a fruit. What makes them so unique? They're high in healthy fats (that's omegas 3-6-9! And ofcourse, they're antioxidant packed.
With that being said, looking for a quick, delicious, guilt-free treat? How about just 2 ingredients and 2 of our blends. You definitely want to give this easy recipe a try and share!
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 6 BITES | PLANT-BASED
○ 1/2 cup raw cashews 🌰
○ 1/2 cup raisins 🍇
○ 2 tsp berry exotic blend (Has acai and 7 other antioxidant packed berries & superfoods!)🥄
○ 1/2 tsp wave blend (Adds 6 energizing superfoods and a cinnamon chai flavour) 🥄
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Form into 6 bite size pieces and store in a sealed container & enjoy!
