HTUT'S FUN SMOOTHIE BOWLS

Htut has shared some of her favourite smoothie bowl recipes and you don't need to wait in line to get them. They can be made in the comfort of your own home with SMOOV.ca 's fun bundle. These dreamy and vibrant bowls are full of nourishment with no refined sugar or food colouring, so you'll be ready to brighten and take on the day with a nourished and happy mind and body.
INGREDIENTS for pink smoothie bowl
○ 1 cup frozen peach, strawberry, raspberry mix
○ 1/2 banana
○ 1 tsp blush blend
○ 1/2 cup milk (Use lesser liquid for a thicker texture- depends on your blender)
INGREDIENTS for blue smoothie bowl
○ 1/2 banana
○ 1 cup frozen peach, blueberry, blackberry mix
○ 1 tsp wave blend
○ 1/2 cup milk (Use lesser liquid for a thicker texture- depends on your blender)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in high-speed blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or two on high speed.
3. Pour into bowl and top off with sliced fruit, granola, flax seeds and coconut shreds.
