3 Ingredient Breakfast Brownies
Delicious Breakfast Treat
🍫These no bake brownies are made with just 3 ingredients and are healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast. They don’t contain any flour, added sugar, eggs, butter, oil or even nuts! They don’t require any cooking or baking. They are chocolatey, chewy, sweet and packed with feel good nutritious superfoods!

INGREDIENTS | 6-8 BRownies
PreP TIME: 10 MINUTES + REFRIDGERATE 30 Mins - 1 HR
🌱 1 cup pitted medjool dates
🌱 1/2 cup quick oats
🍫 3 tbsp euphoric blend
* This recipe is the simpler version of our euphoric brownies (which contains almonds and cashews) and hence has a creamier taste!
DIRECTIONS
1. Make sure the dates are pitted. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes.
2. Add the soaked dates, oats and euphoric blend to a blender or high speed food processor.
3. Blend until a sticky dough forms. If the oats are drying up the dough, add a tbsp or two of water.
4. Line a 8 x 4 pan or dish with parchment paper. Spread the dough out using a spatula.
5. You can eat right away or refridgerate for 30 mins to 1 hour for a firmer texture.
