Blush Gummies - Valentine's Special

Ever wonder how gummies are made? Ditch the store bought stuff and synthetic vitamins and whip up a batch of these. These are made using real fruit and superfoods that are bursting with nutrients💗

INGREDIENTS
❣️ ½ cup Raspberries (You can use a mix of cherries and raspberries)
🍋 Zest & Juice of 1 large lemon
🍁 1 Tbsp maple syrup
🍎 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
💧 300 ml water
✨ 3 tbsp vegetable gelatin or agar agar
🥛 2 tbsp plant based milk
💗 3 tsp blush blend
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients except gelatine into a pot.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to simmer and cook for 5 min.
3. Add gelatin and bring heat to medium and bring to a boil while whisking continuously.
4. Place a strainer on top of a mug and strain liquid to remove lemon zest and ginger bits.
5. Let cool for 5 min. Add mixture to mold of choice and place in the freezer for 1 hour or until it sets. Enjoy!
