🍫We’ve all heard of or tried avocado pudding…but have you ever tried persimmon pudding?
It’s naturally sweetened by the persimmon and has a wonderful chocolate flavour from the cocoa. This snack/dessert provides a great antioxidant boost and dose of adaptogens.

INGREDIENTS | PLANT-BASED, DAIRY FREE
Prep Time: 5 MINS
Yields: 2 SERVINGS
🍊 2 large persimmons, tops removed and cut into 1/4s
🍫 6 tbsp unsweetened natural cocoa powder
🍫 4 tsp euphoric blend
Add a spoon of our fuel blend for energy (A tsp contains the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee)
1. In a blender or food processor add the persimmon, cocoa, and euphoric powder.
2. Blend till smooth.
3. Spoon into 2 covered containers and place in the fridge for an hour to chill and thicken.
