INGREDIENTS | To Dress 1 Bowl |
PLANT-BASED, DAIRY FREE
๐ฑ 1/2 tbsp tahini
๐ 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
๐ 1/2 tsp maple syrup
๐ฟ 1/2 tsp GREEN blend
๐ง ~2 tsp warm water
Optional: Salt & Pepper to taste.
Ingredients for the bowl:
๐ฑ Whole wheat couscous
๐ Kidney beans
๐ข Green peas
๐ฑ Asparagus
๐ฅ Spiralized zucchini
๐ฅ Avocado
DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.Pour over desired bowl, see above for an awesome one!
