Iced Almond Pitaya Latte

INGREDIENTS
1 Serving
🥛 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
🥛 (+ 1/2 cup more to top off)
💗 1 tsp smoov pink pitaya powder
🍁 1-2 tsp maple syrup
✨️ Dash of vanilla extract
🌰 1 tsp almond butter
🧊 Ice ice baby
DIRECTIONS
1. Add 1/2 cup milk, pitaya powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract (not needed if using vanilla almond milk) and almond butter to a high speed blender. Blend on high for a minute.
2. Add a handful of ice cubes to a glass, pour pink mixture over and top off with milk.
3. Sip, sip hooray! 🍹🦩
