Raspberry Blush Mocktail
Sweet, Refreshing & Delicious Drink Recipe- 2 Ways!
We're total raspberry addicts- it's hard to resist these delicious tempting berries. Theyโre sweet, fruity and bursting with summer freshness. We all know raspberries taste great straight up. But have you tried them in a mocktail? Gamechanger. We kicked this cup up a notch with the sweet addition of our blend blend. The result? A sweet, skin-loving refresher. We wonโt judge if you go back for seconds.๐

METHOD 1 (THE EASY WAY)
1 SERVING | Time: 2 Minutes
๐ง 1 cup water
๐ 1 tsp maple syrup
๐ 2 tsp blush blend
๐ Dash of lemon juice (about 1 tsp)
๐ง 3/4 cup ice to serve with
Optional: You can add some fresh raspberries to the bottom of the cup and crush them to release the juices before mixing other ingredients.
DIRECTIONS
1. Add 1 tbsp water to a cup and add 2 tsp blush blend. Mix until a paste forms.
2. Add 1 tsp maple syrup, dash of lemon juice and mix.
3. Fill cup with ice.
3. Pour in water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
4. Enjoy!
METHOD 2 (THE FANCY WAY)
Serves 2 | Time: 25 Minutes
๐ 2 cups frozen raspberries (You can use a combination of fruits. We used raspberries, watermelon and some strawberries)
๐ 4 tbsp maple syrup
๐ 2 tbsp lemon juice
๐ 4 tsp blush blend
๐ง 1 1/2 cup ice to serve with
๐ง 2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
1. Add 2 cups frozen fruit, 4 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 cup water to a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes, mixing in between.
2. Let mixture cool. Then add 3 tsp blush blend and mix.
3. Strain this mixture into a jar. What you're left with is some healthy syrup that will serve as a base for delicious refreshing drinks.
4. When ready to serve, for each cup add 1/2 cup of the syrup mixture, 3/4 cup ice and top up with 1/2 cup water. Garnish with lemon wedges and enjoy!
