
SIMPLE OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS | 1 SMALL SERVING | PREP: 5 MINUTES
šOUR FAVOURITE OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPEšā
ā 1/2 cup oatsā (
ā 1 tbsp chia seedsā
ā 1 tbsp euphoric blend (Cacao, Maca & more!)ā š«ā
ā A Pinch of saltā
ā 3/4 cup of oat milkā
ā 1-2 tsp of maple syrup! š
Optional: 1/2 ripe bananaā and 1 tsp fuel blend
ā
ā Choose your Toppings:
Dark Chocolate, Puffed Quinoa, Cacao nibs, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, coconut shreds or our euphoric blend (which has coconut shredsš„„)ā ā
DIRECTIONS
1. In the evening, mix all the ingredients (except the banana) in a jar and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
2. Next morning, add a splash of milk (if needed) to your desired consistency. Optional: mash the banana with a fork and mix it in the soaked oatmeal.
