Strawberry Shortcake Oats
Nutritious High Protein Breakfast
❣️ These strawberry shortcake oats are a delicious, creamy and nutritious breakfast.
It’s so easy to make with just a handful of wholesome ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
MAkes 2 Servings
1 cup water
🥛 1 cup plant based milk
🍓 1 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
🌱 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
🍁 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
🍰 1 serving smoov Strawberry Shortcake all in one blend
🥛1/2 cup plant based yoghurt
🌱1/3 cup puffed quinoa
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, milk, Strawberry Shortcake blend, maple syrup, salt and rolled oats.
2. Set over medium and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed and oats are cooked through, set aside.
3. Using a high speed blender blend fresh strawberries (pulsing just a couple of times).
4. Start assembling the glasses by adding a couple spoons of oatmeal, then add a layer of plant based yoghurt and repeat with the layer of oatmeal. Pour in the blended strawberries and top with puffed quinoa.
5. Serve decorated with a couple of fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
